Return Policy
We understand that sometimes the product you receive may not meet your expectations. To this end, inciteo.com has established a flexible and fair return policy to protect your legitimate rights and interests:
Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the product meets the return requirements (please refer to the delivery receipt date; returns will not be accepted after 30 days).
Return Requirements
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging and accessories (such as labels, instructions, and gifts). Missing accessories may affect the return review.
Food products must be within their expiration date, unopened, and free of odors. Personal care products must be unopened and free of contact contamination.
Customized products (such as groceries with custom logos) are not eligible for returns due to their special nature. However, if there are quality issues, we offer an exchange or refund.
Return Process
Step 1: Log in to your inciteo.com account, go to "My Orders," find the order you want to return, and click "Request a Return," enter the reason for return, and upload photos of the item's condition (if necessary).
Step 2: Our customer service team will review your return request within 1-2 business days. Upon approval, we will send you the return address and return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the item back to the address provided by customer service (we recommend using a courier with trackable shipping information. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If there are any quality issues with the item, we will reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs).
Step 4: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your payment account (the specific timeframe is subject to processing speed by the payment platform or bank).
Invalid Return Requests: Items that have been used, damaged, severely damaged in packaging, or have exceeded the return period, as well as unsealed food or personal care items, will not be accepted. Please carefully review your request before submitting.
